I am following up on documents I filled in to claim my monies from my dad’s account as a next of kin.I filled them 3 months ago and handed it to the branch here in Northern Province but did not get a good feedback. I am Christina Gegera and my deceased dads name is Mark Gegera.

I wish to make a request for the Curators office to put a halt on properties and assets belonging to out late MP who recently passed on. The reason is that he got a number of wives who are all after these properties without reaching understanding with themselves and the immediate family of the deceased. Only when they come to some understanding will we allow them to make consultations with your office.

Could you kindly forward me, checklist or requirements to lodge a claim for deceased estate.
